I was a professional geologist in corporate management.
But my mind and body told me that I was off course. And I finally listened!
I made a gigantic leap into the world of Somatic Coaching and never looked back. I now work with international clients from Europe, USA, and Canada.
I show you how your body always knows when you're on the right or wrong path. And it tells you in many ways. (Just like it did for me!)

In my corporate job, I experienced a combination of physical signs. I was exhausted, my hair fell out, and I had never-ending thoughts.
I felt like a shell of myself.
Because my body knew I wanted something more.
I wanted to help women like me.
