Hi! I'm Stacia

I’m a Strozzi Institute Certified Somatic Coach and a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). Since 2020, I’ve coached online via Zoom and in person with professional women across North America and Europe.

I first discovered somatic coaching as a client and it made a huge difference in my life. I was on a path, but it was a path of (other's) expectations, corporate climbing, and self judgement. I had purpose, but it wasn’t mine. 

Somatics gave me the chance to explore in a new way. It opened and connected me to possibilities I hadn't allowed myself to feel, experience, or move toward. Somatics opened me to what was naturally within ME! 

My body knew a scary leap was required! I decided to leave my 20-year career as a widely recognized professional geologist.

I trained through the Strozzi Institute – a world- famous somatic training centre—to become a certified coach. Best career move ever! (I've worked with clients from Europe, USA and Canada.)

Outside of coaching, I love travelling the world—30 countries and counting. I live in Western Canada with my husband, two sons, and a bossy Ragdoll cat and Labradoodle.
